Sometimes people start talking in a dream because of an illness, especially if it is associated with a fever. Even a common cold can give such an effect.

Sometimes people start talking in a dream because they are sleep deprived, or sleep in uncomfortable conditions. Before going to bed, the child needs to be reassured, this time is not at all suitable for active games, emotional programs and cartoons, as well as domestic quarrels, and clarification of relationships. It is more difficult for children to switch from one to the other, and therefore they should help, offering calm activities, water procedures, massage before going to bed.
